HABITS & GOALS

Some say it takes 21 days to build a new habit. Other studies show it takes double that time. In 2019, I set a personal goal to write every day for a month. It didn’t matter if it was just one sentence; the goal was to just write something. Well, I am pleased to announce I have successfully accomplished my goal. Some of you have inspired me and cheered me on along the way. So for that I say thank you.

I now challenge you to build a positive new habit this upcoming month. Work on it consistently all month until it becomes a part of your routine. As for me, I think I’ll continue to write for now.
